Parent and Tot Party Description
Looking for a fun, active way to celebrate a birthday with your little one?
A Parent & Tot adventure where they get to lead the way and you get to join in.
Celebrate with a private Parent & Tot birthday party at Willing 2 Ninja! This experience is made for our youngest movers (ages 1-4 who are confidently walking) and their caregivers, combining play, movement, and big smiles in a space built for adventure.
We’ll start with a quick warm-up, then jump into exploring obstacles and challenges together. Kids choose what they’re excited to try — balancing, climbing, swinging, or repeating a favourite challenge — while parents guide and support right alongside them. Our coach is there the whole time to keep things flowing, offer ideas, and cheer everyone on.
It’s an energetic, fun-filled celebration built around movement, confidence, imagination, and connection.

- No Party Room: Goodie bags and treats can be handed out as guests leave – a fun way to wrap up the celebration!
- Price: $200.00 + GST (A $100.00 deposit is required upon booking)

We offer parties on Saturdays. To secure your spot, please fill out the form below with your ideal dates and party info. We’ll get back to you to confirm availability and finalize the booking!

What age groups can participate in a Parent & Tot party?
Children must be between the ages of 1-4 and confidently walking.
Do parents need to be present?
Yes. Each participating child must attend with their own support person. This can be a parent, guardian, grandparent, or caregiver. One adult per child is required for the duration of the party.
What time can we arrive for the party setup?
Parents can arrive 10 minutes before the party starts to welcome guests and ensure a smooth transition into the event.
Can we put up our own decorations?
Due to the lack of a designated party area and limited wall space, we are unable to accommodate hanging decorations. However, balloons are absolutely welcome!
I want to book a party, but don’t know the exact number of participants. What should I do?
No problem! You’re welcome to book your Parent & Tot party with an estimated participant count. Plans can change, and that’s okay.
Parent & Tot parties allow up to 12 participating children, with each child attending alongside their own support person. Final numbers can be confirmed closer to the party date.
How does payment work for Birthdays?
Upon booking your party, we require a $100 non-refundable but transferable deposit to secure the date and time, ensuring everything’s set for a fantastic celebration! Remaining charges can be settled on the event day, making the process hassle-free for you. Payment can be made by E-transfer to Jordy@willing2ninja.com. Should you have specific payment inquiries or requests, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help make your party planning as smooth as possible!
What if we need to cancel or reschedule the party?
If you need to cancel your party, please notify us as soon as possible. The $100 deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 2 weeks before the party date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the party are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we can transfer your deposit to a future booking, subject to availability. What's the typical flow of activities during one of your parties?
Parent & Tot parties follow a relaxed, child-led flow. We start with a brief warm-up, then move into open exploration on the Ninja course. Children choose what they’d like to try, with their support person right alongside them. Our coach supports the group throughout and helps wrap things up with a calm, positive finish.
Who needs to sign a waiver?
A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for each participating child before the party begins. Waivers can be completed online in advance using the link we provide.
We ask that you submit a guest list prior to the party so we can confirm that all participating children have a completed waiver on file. Support persons do not need to complete a separate waiver for Parent & Tot parties.
Children without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.
Can we bring our own food?
Since we don’t have a designated party area, unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate food. However, goodie bags and treats can be handed out as guest leave.
