Nerf Ninja Birthday Parties

No — for safety and fairness, all Nerf blasters, darts, and safety glasses are provided by Willing 2 Ninja. Personal Nerf guns or darts from home are not permitted.

We use single-shot Nerf blasters and provide safety glasses for all participants. All equipment is safety-checked by coaches before use.

Yes! The party takes place in our padded, soft-floor ninja space. Coaches review safety expectations at the start of every party and supervise activities throughout.

The Nerf portion is coach-led and structured with obstacle challenges and scenarios designed to keep kids engaged, moving, and having fun.

That’s perfectly fine. Coaches support each child’s comfort level, and kids can participate at their own pace throughout the course.

While there can be team-based scenarios, the focus is on movement, teamwork, and fun — not competition.

Children must be at least 5 years old on the day of the party to participate in the obstacle course activities.

We plan each birthday party and obstacle setup based on the birthday child’s age to ensure a fun and safe experience. For mixed-age parties, please note that kids much older or younger may find the setup less ideal for their height or abilities, as it’s tailored to the birthday child’s group.

Parents can arrive 10 minutes before the party starts to welcome guests and ensure a smooth transition into the event.

Due to the lack of a designated party area and limited wall space, we are unable to accommodate hanging decorations. However, balloons are absolutely welcome!

No problem! You can reserve your party with an estimated participant count. We can accommodate changes to the number of participants closer to the event. Please note that if there are 8 or fewer kids, 1 coach will be present. For 9 to 12 kids, 2 coaches will be required. To ensure we have the appropriate staffing, please confirm the final number of participants at least 2 weeks before the party.

Yes! Parents are welcome to join in on the obstacles if they’d like. Any adult who chooses to participate on the equipment will be considered a participant and must complete a waiver prior to the party.

Parents who prefer to watch, support, and cheer from the sidelines are also very welcome.

Any child (ages 5 and up) or adult who actively uses the equipment during the party is considered a participant and must have a completed waiver on file.

Adults who remain off the equipment and cheer from the sidelines do not count as participants.

Upon booking your party, we require a $100 non-refundable but transferable deposit to secure the date and time, ensuring everything’s set for a fantastic celebration! Remaining charges can be settled on the event day, making the process hassle-free for you. Payment can be made by E-transfer to Jordy@willing2ninja.com. Should you have specific payment inquiries or requests, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help make your party planning as smooth as possible!

If you need to cancel your party, please notify us as soon as possible. The $100 deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 2 weeks before the party date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the party are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we can transfer your deposit to a future booking, subject to availability. Our parties start with a warm-up and time practicing essential ninja moves. Next, we dive into the obstacle course, where everyone can test their skills and have a blast. To wrap up, we finish with a game, followed by a group stretch and cool-down.

A parent or legal guardian must complete a waiver for each participating child before the party begins. Waivers can be completed online in advance using the link we provide.

We ask that you submit a guest list prior to the party so we can confirm that all participating children have a completed waiver on file. Children without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.

Since we don’t have a designated party area, unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate food. However, goodie bags and treats can be handed out as guests leave.
