Teen Night Drop-ins

(14-18 Years)

These 60-minute sessions give teens a chance to move, laugh, and be a kid again. Perfect for cross-training, getting active, or spending time with friends, Teen Nights offer a safe and supportive place to take on new challenges. Every obstacle has options, and the focus is on effort, confidence, and having fun—not perfection.

Teens will:

  • Train on hanging and floor-based obstacles
  • Build strength, endurance, balance, agility, and movement skills
  • Do calisthenics, body movement exercises, and group challenges
  • Make friends, have fun and leave tired!

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited, so reserve your spot today!

AGES/TIMES:

14-18 Years – 6:00-7:00pm

PRICE:

Early Bird Price: $20 + GST (until Oct. 15, 2025)

Regular Price: $25 + GST per child

All participants must have a waiver signed! Anyone who has previously signed a waiver this year does not need to sign another one.
