We may also collect, through iClassPro and Waiverforever, the following information: the parent or guardian’s name, your contact information and emergency contact information and signature, as well as, for the individual who enrolls in our programs: name, date of birth, gender, association identification (if applicable), medical information (including Provincial Health Number, allergies and medical conditions), photograph for identification, and school grade. This information is collected to provide and improve our Website to you.

    • Waiverforever: We may disclose contact information to Waiverforever to obtain waivers and emergency contact information from you on behalf of the student enrolled in our programs.
