No. All financial information is handled by A4K and Jumpstart during the application process.

No, we do not have access to any personal information you share with A4K or Jumpstart. The application process is completely confidential between you and them.

Each of them have their own timelines, but it’s safe to say that the earlier you apply, the better! I would plan on approval taking 4 to 8 weeks after you have submitted your application.

Once you have applied for funding, send us an email with the confirmation of approval so we know to look out for the cheque from the organization. (Make sure you have provided them with our correct address!)

In the meantime:
– We still require payment on the 1st of each month until your funding arrives.
– When we receive the cheque, we will apply the amount received to your account.

You will then have two options:
1. Credit Your Account: We can credit the amount to your account for future tuition and charges.
2. Receive a Refund: We can refund you up to the amount received (based on what you’ve already paid). After the refund, we will continue to take payments from your payment method on file once the credited amount is used up.

If you choose option 1, we’ll use the credited amount until it’s depleted. If you choose option 2, you’ll receive a refund up to the amount of the cheque, and then regular payments will resume after the remaining credited amount has been used.
