Putting the Fun in Functional Fitness
At Willing 2 Ninja, we make physical activity fun! We’re always creating new obstacles and layouts to keep students engaged. Instead of focusing on one set of skills or muscle group, our obstacles challenge students’ balance, agility, flexibility, strength and endurance from head to toe. This well-rounded, functional approach to fitness doesn’t just make kids better athletes, it also benefits them in their day-to-day activities.

These are the values we live by and the foundation of our program. At Willing 2 Ninja, our training goes beyond building strength and endurance. Kids also develop emotional resilience, focus and confidence, which helps them triumph on and off the Ninja Warrior course.
